Sunday Mass: Every Sunday at 9.30am during term time in the Abbey Church at Worth School
Worthians are most welcome to join the School for Mass which takes place every Sunday during Term time at 9.30am in the beautifully refurbished Abbey Church.
Worthians Rugby: Every Wednesday evening
Every Wednesday evening – Worthians RFC plays Touch rugby in Fulham: 7pm Hurlingham Park. Meet in the middle of the 400m track. Visit www.wobsrugby.com to find out more.
St Benedict’s Day Mass, 7pm, Thursday 20th March 2014 at St Mary Moorfields, 4-5 Eldon Street, London EC2M 7LS.

Worth School Charity Golf Day, Mid-Sussex Golf Club, Thursday 3rd April 2014.
It’s another first for Worth School as the boys of St Bede’s House set about organising a Charity Golf Day at Mid Sussex Golf Club on Thursday 3rd April 2014. The event is open to all current and past students, staff, parents and the wider community of Worth and promises to be a day of fun and friendly competition. Following coffee and bacon rolls on arrival, the 18-hole competition will begin and all family members are welcome to spectate. The day finishes with a meal and presentations.
Tickets cost £50 for adults and £38 for Juniors (under 16) while non-playing guests coming to the meal and presentations are asked to pay £18. Booking forms are available from St Bede’s Housemaster Mr Matthews at firstname.lastname@example.org. The closing date for bookings is 1st March 2014. All proceeds from the day will go to the two charities Chailey Heritage Foundation and Kids for Kids.
Downside Fisher Youth Club Annual Boxing Dinner, 6:30pm, Wednesday 9th April 2014 at The Troxy, 490 Commercial Road, London E1 0HX
A major fundraising event for the Downside Fisher Youth Club and their vital work with young people in Bermondsey, and a real chance to see amateur boxing at its best. The Fisher Amateur Boxing Club, founded in 1908, is one of the leading amateur Boxing Clubs in the country, boasting three ex-world champions, one of which is Lloyd Honeyghan who will be in attendance. Currently the club has the Junior ABA UK Champion and 4 London Schoolboy champions. The Sixteen in Concert at Worth Abbey for Outreach Peru, 7:30pm, Sunday 15th June 2014.
They are one of the finest choirs in the UK and we are very privileged to have them coming to Worth. Tickets are now on sale at The National Centre for Early Music Box Office (www.ncem.co.uk/thesixteen or 01904 651485). Ticket prices are £25 for the main space and £20 for the balcony. We have been advised that tickets are likely to sell out early so do book your tickets soon for this very special event.
