Daniel Pring (R’03), one of our esteemed committee members, is off to Makani as part of a team running the Sierra Leone Marathon in unbearable heat on Sunday 25th May on behalf of  the charity Street Child.  This wonderful charity helps some of the world’s most impoverished children off the streets and into education, provides medical care and counselling and reunites children with their families.  The team are very close to their target of 10k and every pound raised will be matched by their company, Kiln Group, which will  then matched by the British Government, so they could end up raising £40,000.  If you would like to help them make it go to:
